Soapy Jane’s Laundry does not offer refunds for self-service laundry use.

If you experience an issue with a machine or service, please contact us or speak with an attendant on-site. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

For wash-and-fold or other services (if applicable), please notify us promptly if there are any concerns with your order.
